GIVE A GIFT TO MEN'S HOCKEY

The SFU Men's Hockey Team is funded primarily through the support of local sponsors, university alumni and team boosters. The support of these valued members of our team is crucial to the continued growth of the Men's Hockey program at Simon Fraser University.
All gifts made to SFU Men's Hockey are 100% tax deductible, and a tax receipt will be issued by the university in the donor's name. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

RECOGNIZING YOUR GIFT
Coach's Club ($1,000+)
Coach's Club members are recognized with the following:
1. $250 contributed to the team's Scholarship Fund in your name or that of a business or family member.
2. Four season tickets for the current BCIHL season.
3. Four tickets to the upcoming Great Northwest Showcase (www.greatnorthwestshowcase.com).
4. Recognition of your gift in the Game Day Program.
5. A tax receipt for the full amount of your gift.

Captain's Club ($500+)
Captain's Club members are recognized with the following:
1. Four season tickets for the current BCIHL season.
2. Four tickets to the upcoming Great Northwest Showcase (www.greatnorthwestshowcase.com).
3. Recognition of your gift in the Game Day Program.
4. A tax receipt for the full amount of your gift.

Player's Club ($150+)
Player's Club members are recognized with the following:
1. Two season tickets for the current BCIHL season.
2. A tax receipt for the full amount of your gift.

HOW TO DONATE
1. Click HERE to access Simon Fraser University's online giving page.
2. Complete the Donor Information section of the giving form.
3. Type 'Men's Ice Hockey' in the 'Designation' field in the Gift Information section of the giving form.
4. Complete the Payment and Tax Receipt fields and submit.
While all donations are tracked through Simon Fraser University's Advancement office, we ask that you notify the team of your gift by e-mail at hockey@sfu.ca.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Men's Hockey Team welcomes contributions to our Scholarship Fund, which supports our student athletes through financial awards that can be applied to lower the cost of their education while representing the university.
