Minutes from meeting (added Mar 1, 2015) Managers meeting
Minutes from Meeting on 4/7/12 (added Apr 11, 2012) "PITCH, HIT AND RUN" 4/21/12 Registration begins at 9:00 AM. Activities begin at 10:00. Ages 7-10 (any new kids need to bring in birth certificates) Practice schedules were discussed. We're still missing some teams. If you don't use your permits please let Milka know. Milka needs to know about all scrimmage games. The insurance is in effect. Every player should have cups and caps. No child is permitted to play or practice without a cup. Opening day will be 5/12/12. Meet at McDonald's at 11:00. 1st game to start at 1:00, next game at 3:00. Volunteers are needed to stay at the tables while the parade is in progress and help with the tables. The permit is in effect as of today. No smoking. You will be asked to leave the area and if a problem arises, the police will be contacted. The picnic area is off limits for ball playing. The deadline for paperwork submission is 4/22-4/23.
