Team Fundraising Ideas The Buffalo Club and Maple Ridge Liquor Store - offers 10% of all Buffalo Club Bar & Grill Sales credited directly back to the individual teams and 4% of all Liquor Store sales credited directly back to the individual teams as well. Contact Kyla MacEwen, fundraising@ridgemeadowshockey.com, to get team logo VIP cards made up. Pub Nights - pick a night, maybe a night when the canucks play and when the pub is busy. Get the team parents, friends & family out for an evening of fundraising/cheer. Raffle off a prize - team buys a prize(s). Some examples are sports tickets, sports apparel, gift certificates for restaurants, spirit baskets, surprise baskets and anything else that would be rewarding to win. Make raffle tickets, the team sells as many as they can to friends, family, neighbours and co-workers. Winner drawn gets the prize(s) and the team keeps the sales from the raffle. Bowling with kids - this is a great way to get the kids involved in raising money to help pay for their tournaments. REV’S BOWLING has offered a great fundraising package. Charge $20.00 per person and profit $8.00 back to the fundraiser. This includes Pitchers of pop/ice-tea, 2 pieces of pizza each, shoe rental & bowling. If the party is on a Friday or Saturday, bowling will be for one game. If you book on Sunday or Tuesday, get an hour and a half of fun. Golf Tournament - if your child’s team is interested in hosting a golf tournament to kick off the season. Or parents want to get together, Heather Hills Golf Course(604-462-1004) for example, offers great prices and a wonderful full use of their BBQ facility. RMMHA team special only $200.
