BWC Equipment and Jerseys Policy
 
 

  1. Team Managers will sign out the jersey set and will hand out Jerseys to each at the beginning of the season. Each parent will be required to provide a post-dated cheque in the amount of $150.00 made payable to the Burnaby Winter Club datedApril 30 2013.  The memo portion of the cheque should have the childs name and jerseys number on it. Each team’s complete set cheques should be submitted to the front office, no later than October 15th, in an envelope addressed to the Equipment Manager.  Please note the team division and team number on the envelope.

 
 

  1. Jerseysshould be returned in complete sets by the Team Manager.  They must be WASHED and on hangers. Team managers are asked to please return the jerseys back to the equipment manager prior to April 30, 2013. It is cumbersome to take jerseys in on a piece-meal basis and consumes a great deal of time and effort to reconcile.

 
 

  1. Cheques will be cashed on May 1, 2013 for any jerseys that have not been returned.  There will no exceptions or extensions without written permission from the Equipment Manager provided before April 30th.

 
 

  1. Any team founds wearing unauthorized jerseys will be required to stop wearing them and may be required to surrender them to the Club.                     

 
 

  1. Third Yellow Jerseys can be ordered as long as they are the jersey approved by the BWC Board of Directors and The BWCMHA Hockey Committee.

 
 

  1. BWC Game Jerseys areNOT to be worn atpractice under any                 circumstances as this results in unnecessary wear and tear and decreases the life of the jerseys.

 
 

  1. Each Initiation team will receive a set of goal equipment comprised of a bag, goal leg pads, chest protector, blocker, and glove. Each team is to insure the equipment is maintained and if any defects to be repaired prior to returning the equipment at the end of the season.

 
Please be aware that equipment and jerseys are a significant expense to the club and your help is needed to keep costs down.
