EXCITING NEWS - FORMER TITANS MOVING ON FOR THE 2024_25 SEASON

The Titans are pleased, happy and excited to announce that three players from last year’s team, who remain eligible to play this year, have accepted opportunities to play for NCAA or Usports level hockey teams this upcoming year.
#1 Ashleigh Eldridge has accepted a position to play hockey for the University of Duburque in Iowa, USA, an NCAA division III school. Ashleigh made very significant improvements in her basic skill sets and game play over the two years she played for the Titans. The improvements are also testaments to her hard work, dedication and sheer determination. She is fortunate to have been given a position on the university team, and also to play a couple of years of university level hockey with her twin sister.
#2 Rianne Shotclose played for 2 years for the Titans and has accepted a position to play hockey for the “DCB Jacks” Dakota College of Bottineau, in North Dakota, USA, an NCAA division II school. She formerly played for the Notre Dame Hounds prior to playing for the Titans. She also developed her skill sets significantly while playing for the Titans and was an imposing and reliable force playing defence for us.
#3 Rebecca Boswell (“Boz” as she is affectionately known), has tried out for and was just informed that she has been named to the roster of the University of Calgary Dinosaurs. The Dino’s play in the Usports division in Canada. Boz played for the SAIT Trojans for two years before playing goaltender for the Titans last year. She has excellent goal tending skills and made many awe inspiring saves that kept the Titan’s in the game numerous times. And, she has a great voice, is an excellent singer and was well liked by her teammates. She will be missed for sure.
The Titans wish to extend best wishes and good fortune to Ashleigh, Rianne and Boz in their new hockey adventure this year and beyond. Congratulations ladies, well done, and we’ll be keeping an eye on you!!!!
