The Callaway IPGA Tour made their first stop of the 2013 season on Monday April 15th at Tower Ranch Golf & Country Club. A field of 24 teams of 2 professionals battled through some tough stretches of weather including heavy winds, rain, snow and hail. The format was best ball front nine and back nine scramble. Dean Claggett and Ethan Danish of Two Eagles held it together with an excellent scramble on the back nine and edged out 5 teams by one shot to claim the victory.
A special thanks to host professional Neil Schmidt and Shane Pugliese for allowing the tour to visit Tower Ranch for an excellent day of golf, food and drinks. Also, a huge thank you to Grant Oben and Callaway Golf for their continued support of local professionals and the Interior PGA Tour. The next stop on the Callaway IPGA Tour is Monday April 29th at Black Mountain Golf Club in Kelowna.
