NWSWFA was able to improve their medal haul at the 2014 Senior A and B Provincials. In 2013, NWSWFA teams brought home 4 medals. In 2014 the medal haul was increased to 5.
On the July 25-27 weekend, NWSWFA was able to sweep the top 3 spots at the Senior A Provincials in Victoria. Finishing in first was Surrey Storm – Upton, second place was claimed by the North Delta Sunfire, and third was Surrey Storm – Palmer.
On the August 2-4 weekend, the Senior B Provincials were held at Softball City in Surrey. Langley Extreme and New Westminster Riot met in the gold medal final with Langley Extreme taking home the gold in first place and the Riot taking home the silver.
