Just a reminder to all Teams of the following Rules & Regulations:
- All games should be played in quarters, each being (15) minute in length, with a (2) minute break in between quarters, and a (5) minute break at half-time, unless agreed-upon by both teams prior to the game starting.
- Rules and regulations are the same for ALL divisions, except that "tomahawk" shots are not allowed in U12
- Games where the goal differential is greater than (7) goals, the winning team will be recorded with a 3 - 0 loss
- The HOME team is responsible to provide the umpires for the game, for the exception of the U18 Boys. It is okay to have (1) referee for the U12 games
