How do I register my child?

Click "Family" to access your "Family" group. Here you click "Add Family Member" and enter your child's details. Once your child has been added, you can click "Register Now" at the top of the page. You'll be presented with a list of available registrations - click the blue Register Now button for the appropriate item. Check the boxes for each person you'd like to register and follow the prompts.

My child does not have an email address, what do I enter?

No problem, you can leave that blank since it is not required.

How do I change my password?

Click "My Profile" in the left menu, edit your password and click "Save Changes." Please note passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.

Why didn't I receive my password?

Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven't received your password within 30 minutes, please get in touch with us.

Why do I have to enter my birth date?

We use your birth date to verify your account and eliminate duplicates.  We also calculate your age as needed to comply with any age restrictions set by the administrator. We never sell, rent or distribute this information to anyone.

Why isn't my credit card payment working?

Please do not click payment button a second time unless instructed to do so. The most common reasons that payments fail are:

  1. Address must match exactly what your credit card company has on file for your account.
  2. Payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard - Debit, American Express, Discover, etc. are not accepted.
  3. Credit limit has been exceeded.

How can I confirm my registration went through?

You can confirm your registration was successful in three ways:

  1. The screen will display a message saying the registration was successful.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email within an hour.
  3. The transaction will appear on the "History" page in your account.

How can I print my membership card?

Not all membership cards can be printed from within your account.  If you do not see the "Print Membership Card" button, then that card is not available for printing.  To obtain your card, you will need to contact the organization from which it was purchased.

Click "Memberships" in the left navigation and then click the blue "Print Membership Card" button.

The printable cards are opened in a new window as a PDF that you can then print. If a new window has not opened with your membership card, then please try turning off any pop up blockers to enable this feature.

I have lost my registration confirmation email, can I get a copy resent?

You can have the system resend a copy of your registration confirmation email by clicking the envelope icon in the right-most column on the "History" page.  If the payment was eligible for the Child Fitness Tax Credit (Canada Only) this receipt will be included in your email.
