VanRec Softball League offers adults of varying skills and athletic abilities the opportunity to get outside and play softball: have some fun, while enjoying some exercise and a little friendly competition.  Teams play once per week and on the same night each week.

We offer two styles of softball: 

- 4-Pitch: each batter receives up to a maximum of 4 pitches from their own pitcher to hit a ball into fair territory; 

- Mat-Ball: more like regular softball using a "strike" mat.  The pitcher is a defensive position and pitches to the opponent. Batters 'strike out' when 3 strikes are called.
