DOWNLOADING: Hold the SHIFT KEY down, and click on the text immediately below the image you wish to download. "Regular" refers to the uncompressed, ready-to-use version; "Zipped" refers to a compressed version that will require WinZip software before it can be installed.

Select your Windows directory (i.e. C:\Windows) in the window that pops-up, and then click SAVE.

INSTALLATION: Minimize or close all windows and then RIGHT-CLICK on the Windows Desktop, select PROPERTIES from the menu. Then find the name starting with, "RSM" in the WALLPAPER section and click on it. Finally, click on the word, CENTERED and then click OKAY.
