Cross Ice - Non Checking - Small area games (SAGs) is the continuous/play-on format which encourages plenty of player and goalkeeper interaction with lots of puck touches plus player line changes. Game day sees players from all clubs come together with the aim to balance teams - All players are encouraged to try Goalkeeping.

Non Checking - Unsanctioned - Thursdays 10pm Winter 2024 saw three (3) teams move to a longer 3 x 20 minute period format. 2023 saw four (4) teams compete in 3 x 15 minute period format however the 11pm timeslot saw too high a drop off in player attendance.
