Congratulations to the Expos for finishing out the season as Captains' League champions by taking 3 straight from the Investor's Group Royals.
In what was at times an awkward and difficult season with inter-league games and only 3 Cote St. Luc teams, the games themselves between the Expos, Royals and Dragons were enjoyable and evenly-matched. Hopefully this will help form a nucleus for a rejuvinated Captains' League for 2010. Any new teams interested in joining or inquiring can do so by contacting Donald Finigan or Steve Jackson at:
