2025 IIHF World Girls Hockey Day - Friday 17th October 6.00pm

Ever wanted to try one of the fastest sports in the world? The IIHF Girls' Hockey Weekend is an opportunity to try this global sport at a FREE introductory session.

Accredited coaches from within Ice Hockey SA will guide you through the basics of skating, puck handling and shooting. All equipment is supplied.

This FREE session is open to any new female participants (ages 8 and up) who would like to try ice hockey as well as existing Junior, Women's League and ASL players.

IIHF World Girls Hockey Day
The session will be held from 6.00-7.00pm on Friday 17th October at the Ice Arena. All gear is provided, please arrive no later than 5.15pm to be fitted with equipment (if required). On ice session commences at 6.00pm.
