Sanction your tournament with BC Hockey, by going to the following link: BC Hockey

Step 2

Once you have confirmed the teams attending fill in the tournament form  complete with full HCR rosters attached in PDF format for any out of province teams.  Out of province teams will not show up in HiSports and have to manually entered.  Tournament forms can be sent to

Once the schedule has been set, send in a complete schedule of all games so they can be set up in HiSports.  Please be reminded that schedules have to entered into HiSports manually by the EKMHA Operations Manager, so please send in as early as possible and try to avoid multiple schedule changes.
