Step 1

Sanction your tournament with BC Hockey by going to the following link: BC Hockey

Step 2

Once you have confirmed the teams attending, fill in the tournament form, complete with full HCR rosters attached in PDF format for all teams.  Tournament forms can be sent to ekmhasecretary@gmail.com at least 14 days before the tournament.

Step 3

Once the schedule has been set, send in a complete schedule of all games so they can be set up in Spordle Play. 

Step 4

You will be given access to the tournament once scheduled, so you can assign teams for the final games and make any necessary changes that arise.
