TEAM OCCUPYING THE THIRD BASE DUGOUT RESPONSIBLE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF BATHROOM KEY FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND IMMEDIATE RELOCKING AND RETURN OF KEY. 1. Lockbox is located on a chain inside the 3B dugout, near the home plate entrance. 2. The lockbox combination is 2022. 3. Remember to return the keys to the lockbox and spin the number dials after locking the restrooms and shutting out the field lights. (Hint: Turn on the 3B dugout lights so that you’re not in the dark when you return the keys to the lockbox.) 4. Final checks: - Restrooms locked - Field lights out - Dugout lights out - Keys returned to lockbox, dials spun. |

HOME TEAM is responsible for pre-game prep which includes: mow, drag, and line the field with equipment found in shed behind the backstop (NOTE: may need to use the chalk liner for the dirt areas and the paint liner for the outfield), and put out bases. Lightly water after dragging (hoses in shed, water hook up on the side of the building housing the bathrooms). Post-game: repair mound and plate areas (use mound clay from shed if necessary), turn out lights, put tarps back on mound, plate, and bullpen (use stakes to secure), return bases shed, and make sure all padlocks are secure before leaving. VISITING TEAM is responsible for post game work. | |

Breaker box is located on the sidewalk along the right side of the building with the restrooms behind the backstop. There are two large breaker boxes. Breaker box for lights is the right box. 3. Located on the right (outside) of the right breaker box is a key switch. Flip the key switch and that powers the lights on/off. One set of lights will remain on/off and to turn those on/off, open the breaker box and flip the breaker labeled "Away Lights" | Mixed bag. Sometimes the coach (Roeten) will tell us if the field is playable, sometimes not. If we decide to cancel due to conditions we let Roeten know. |
