• It is the home team’s responsibility to submit game sheets.
• Game Sheets are to be submitted ASAP following each game.  League Bylaw 9.07 , states game sheets must be submitted within 24 hours of game being completed or fine of $100 could be imposed.
• Images and scans to be sent to you assigned statistician.
• Be sure you are sending full hi-res images.
• We will update goals and primary assists by head coach request. We will not add assists.
• Shots on Goal are not recorded on the website except for U18AA and U15 A.
• All players (including AP’s) must be entered on the Website roster before the game sheet will be entered.
• Both starting Goalies must be indicated before the game sheet will be entered.
• As per Hockey Canada max players allowed are 17 skaters and 2 goalies.

Please check over the following details before submitting the game sheet:

1. Date, Location, Division, Class and Category are filled out
2. The starting goalie is identified (circled), if there is a goalie change record the time that it happened.
3. All players participating are on the game sheet
4. If using  pre-printed roster stickers scratch any non-playing players.
5. If using pre-printed roster stickers list players in numerical order not alphabetical.
6. Captain and Asst’s are identified
7. If an “AP” is used clearly identify them on the game sheet
8. Goals and Assists are recorded correctly
9. Power Play and Short-Handed goals are identified (if possible)
10. Penalties are recorded correctly
11. For penalty and goal time record the time on the game clock.  They should be in descending order
    1. Good - 1^st goal period 1 – 18:23, 2^nd goal period 1 - 12:20
    2. Bad – 1^st goal period 1 – 1.37, 2^nd goal period 1 – 7:50
       
       Goal scored at the time below should be entered at 1:56. NOT 18:04

              
     12. Any player sitting a suspension is identified and what game of the suspension it is (1 of 1, etc.)
     13. Shots on goal are identified (if recorded) in the body of the game sheet per period  10/12/8

Last and most important make sure it is legible and dark enough to read.  Usually, the easiest thing is to take a photo of the original game sheet at the rink and email it in.  Please send in hi -res.  Some phones will default to sending a lower res that make it hard to read and we may ask for a new hi res version. Please be sure the entire game sheet is in the image.  Sometimes a corner will get cut off and the player numbers for penalties or something may get missed.
