Norwich Women's Hockey Tournament Finals |
|
Congratulations to the Phantoms winners of the 14th Annual Norwich Women's Hockey Tournament. Congratulations also to Chaos who took the Phantoms to overtime tied 2-2, before the Phantoms won after 2 rounds of shootout.
In the consolation game, Space Dogs beat our Warriors 4-0 in a hard fought game.

This weekend (3/26-3/28) the Warriors will host the Fourtheenth Annual Norwich Women's Hockey Tournament. Come out and support your favorite players. Check out Schedules for game times. |

Game/Practice Time Change |

Ice time will be Mondays at 8 pm starting 3/8/10, through March. Ice time is 8:30 pm starting 4/5/10 through August. No ice 5/31 or 7/5. |

Way To Go Warriors! |
|
The Warriors travelled to Cape Cod on June 19 to play in the Cape Cod Canal Challenge. In the opening game on Friday afternoon, they won 9-0. Saturday evenings game was a more challenging 4-2 win. After winning the 3rd game 5-1 on Sunday, the Warriors played in the finals in a rematch with their Saturday evening opponents. In the exciting final game against the Sub Zeros, the Warriors struck first. The Sub Zeros came back and tied it up at 1 at the end of the first period. After a scoreless 2nd period, the Warriors got up 2-1 in the 3rd. The Sub Zeros tied it up at 2 with just 3 seconds left to force the overtime period. It was a hard fought overtime period, but Sarah P connected with Karen H for the game winner 2 min, 47 sec into the 5 minute overtime. All players stepped up and played their personal best. Great job Ladies! : Thanks to our tournament hostesses for a fun and well run tournament! |

Congratulations Mass Chaos |

Mass Chaos were the winners of the 13th Annual Norwich Cup Tournament. Mass Chaos beat last year's winners the Space Dogs in the Finals of the C Division Senior Women's Hockey Tournament. Good job by all teams! |
