July 7, 2014 Online Registration Instructions
	1. From the home page, click 'View Full Events Listing' on the right hand side of the page 2. Click register for the event you wish to register for (two options only) 3. On the pop-up, click the 'Sign-up' tab and create and account 4. Once you are signed into your portal, click the 'Register Now' button 5. Select the event you would like to register for by clicking 'Register Now' or 'Buy Now' 6. Click the check box at the bottom of the page next to your name and click 'Proceed to next step' 7. 	Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Oakville 2774 South Sheridan Way Oakville ON L6J 7T4 905.829.1145 Rate: $109.00 + tax/night (includes hot breakfast and based on single occupancy). $114.00 +tax/night (include hot breakfast for two and based on double occupancy). This rate is available from Sept. 3 to Sept. 7, 2014. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue will provided. Exact shuttle schedules will be provided to participants ahead of the event. Players are responsible for their own hotel bookings. To make your hotel reservation, please call the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Oakville (905)-829-1145. When booking, ask for the Tennis Canada group and use the booking code: TEN. All reservations will require a credit card to secure your reservation. If you require a late check-in, please specify at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Individual room bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made after this time may result in full payment being withheld by the hotel. Rooms must be reserved by August 8th, 2014. Following this date, availability and the discounted rate cannot be guaranteed.

July 1, 2014 Transportation
	The tournament organizers will make all the transportation arrangements for the players/ coaches. Please include this information in your registration form or through the online system. Anyone accompanying the players will be responsible for their own transportation. NOTE: All Transportation will be booked only from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
