The Committee of the LCC Saints Ice Hockey Club invites you to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting, to be held on:

Venue: Conservatory Room, Liverpool Catholic Club (424–458 Hoxton Park Road, Prestons NSW)

Agenda:
• Presentation of Annual and Financial Reports
• Election of Committee Positions for 2026
• Introduction of Sub-Committee Roles for Event Support
• General Business

Committee positions open for election/renewal:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Treasurer
– Ordinary Member

Please note that the Registrar position is an appointed portfolio role within the Committee rather than an elected officer position under the Club’s constitution. Members who are interested in assisting with player registration, membership administration, or database coordination are welcome to contact the Committee to express their interest.

New this year: We’re also introducing Sub-Committee positions for members who wish to contribute to specific events or projects without joining the main committee.
