First Week Update
The league got off to a great start Thursday night as 7 teams played their first games of the season. The Old Men, lead by Alexis Zmnickas (23 points) and Matt Akelaitis (21 points) beat the Titans (Anthony Pate, 18 points) by a score of 76-50 in the first game of the night. In the 7pm game the Hawks came from behind to beat the JailBlazers 72-63. Ostap Choliy lead the Hawks with 22 points and Mike Lafricain added 21 points. Trevor Williams lead the Jailblazers with 18 points in the loss. The 8pm game saw the Titans play their second game of the night against a strong RTT team. RTT was lead by Jordan Clarke with 16 points and Danny Foster and Mike Andrews who added 15 each beat the Titans (Anthony Pate- 17) by a score of 77-42. The final game of the night saw the Monarchs beat teh MukMonsters by a score of 60-38. Michael Hall had 28 points for the victors while David Crowley added 14 points for the MukMonsters in a losing effort.
