With the 2008-2009 WWHL regular season only days away, your BC Breakers are busy preparing for their home opening weekend against the Edmonton Chimos.  Coming off an impressive 5 – 2 exhibition game victory over the UBC Thunderbirds, the Breakers will bring some confidence into the opening weekend of the regular season.

Friday night’s game vs. the Chimos from Edmonton will start at 8:15pm, warm-up starting at 7:45pm at the Aldergrove Arena.  Saturday night’s game will have the same start times as Friday night (8:15pm start, 7:45pm warm-up) and will also be played at the Aldergrove Arena. Sunday afternoon’s contest at the George Preston Rec. Center will start at 12:30pm with warm-up beginning at 12:00pm.

Tickets are available at the door for $6.00 each and children under the age of 6 are FREE.  If you are a minor hockey player and show up to the game wearing your team’s game jersey you will also get into the game FREE.
