The Irish American Hockey Association Launches New Website

A group of successful business men and woman throughout North America who are proud of their Irish Heritage and are looking to give back tothe land of their forefathers by spreading and promoting the great game we all grew up with: Ice Hockey. The IAIHA strives to promote game ofice hockey in the Free Republic of Ireland through philanthropic aswell as educational means and reaches out to all 4 corners of theprettiest country on earth. With the recent opening of the first indoorice rink in the Republic of Ireland; The IAIHA is embarking on anambitious venture of a $250,000 new and used equipment drive to out fit the kids of Ireland with functional hockey gear to make the gameaccessible to all of the children of Ireland. The Irish American HockeyAssociation is dedicated to raising awareness and donating time andenergy to support programs of ice hockey throughout the Free Republicof Ireland.
A major source of support of the IAIHA is through present and formerNHL and College Hockey players (US and Canada) who are looking to giveback to their Irish heritage through philanthropic and physicalcontributions to the Republic of Ireland. More than raising funds,these athletes are giving their time and energy to the country of theirforefathers through outreach programs that benefit the youth of Irelandand the game of ice hockey. These individuals have donated their time to the children of Ireland in hopes that the kids of Ireland willdevelop the same passion for the game of ice hockey that the kids from North America enjoy on a daily basis.

Bringing Irish American Hockey Families Together -The GOAL of IAIHA is to bridge the hockey world of North America to thecountry of Ireland. Through the efforts IAIHA, families from all overIreland now have the ability to connect with NHL Hockey players, aswell as Irish American hockey families, throughout the US and Canada.Ice Hockey in Ireland; what could be better!
