Trade deadline is approaching for Senior A teams. Already Red Wings have made a bold move...moving unpopular Max Koenekoop and bringing in some grit and leadership in veteran Pat Harroch. Wings hope his leadership is just what they needed to gear up for the tough Senior A playoffs. Dave Margo was quoted as saying "Max was a better scorer but Pat will add the intangibles we lacked all season, besides, now at least I'm not the oldest in the league!" "Pat's kind of a Mark Recchi and Max was our Maxime Lapierre"(p) Stay tuned as more teams will be making moves now that the Wings have set the bar high.Bob Mackenzie for TSN.CA
