Effective July 1, 2011, Hockey Canada will be adding a $2 convenience charge on all credit card transactions. This is a per transaction charge, so if you are registering 1 or more children at the same time, you will only be charged this fee one time.
3rd& Subsequent Family Member Flat Registration Fee
Milton Minor Hockey offers a third and subsequent family member flat registration fee of $280.00. This fee is applied to the youngest family members. To receive the flat registration fee please register children oldest to youngest on the same transaction. A discount will be applied to those family members’ registration fee upon clicking the ‘Checkout’ button. If you encounter any problems, please contact our Administrator at admin@miltonwinterhawks.com.
As part of the new player registration process you will be required to setup a "Member Login".
Once a "Member Login" has been created you will then be able to register players in the MMHA.
Please note that if your child played for another Centre last season you will be unable to register with Milton Minor Hockey until an Assocation Transfer has been completed through the OMHA. To initiate a transfer, please forward your child's name, address and date of birth to admin@miltonwinterhawks.com. We will follow up with an email.
