Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to anyone aged 18 and older anywhere in the world (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec, Canada), for the duration of the Sweepstakes. In order to claim prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and/or persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: The ONLY way to enter the Sweepstakes, is by accessing the Recreation Sports Management Inc. web site at http://www.esportsdesk.com, and completing the online entry form in its entirety, then clicking on the button labeled, "Click here to enter the RSM Free Sweepstakes…". Online entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2010. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Persons found to be entering more than once per day, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Subsequent entries from a person on any single day will not be eligible for any prize. Contestants may not play with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may contestants use any other device or means to play multiple times or as multiple contestants. Any contestant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any other device or means to play multiple times, will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted in any other manner. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is free to enter!

Prizes: One selected winner will receive one(1) of either; a sports jersey, a T-shirt, sports paraphernalia, a professional team hat, tickets to a local professional sporting event, sports equipment, or a magazine subscription. The approximate retail value of these prizes ranges from $10.00 to $300.00 CDN. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitutions is permitted except by Sponsor in the event that prizes are unavailable. The prize is nontransferable. All federal, provincial, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Selection of Winner: A winner will be determined from all eligible entries received, by random drawing to be held after the end of the Sweepstakes Period at Recreation Sports Management Inc.'s offices. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Selected contestants must correctly answer a skill testing mathematical question to become eligible to claim a prize. All skill testing question will be administered by email. It is the contestants responsibility to provide a working email address when entering the Sweepstakes . The winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the drawing. The winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize and respond by e-mail to "membership@esportsdesk.com". Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Winners may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. If winner is not of age of majority in their state or province of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or guardian. By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness, for the purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the associated email account.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper and fair play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
