– From Roseville Curtin led the Roseville Raiders to a State Championship and was named Ms. Hockey Minnesota. Curtin had 167 (60-107) career points as a member of the Golden Gopher women's hockey team, ranking her third in school history. Curtin switched to a defenseman as a junior. As a defenseman, Curtin led not only the team, but the WCHA in points netting 48. She was named the WCHA Player of the Year and the WCHA Defensive Player of the Year in 2002 and 2003. Curtin received national recognition in 2002 when she was a top-three candidate for the Patty Kazmaier Award. Curtin is the only person to garner first team All-American honors twice in her career as a Gopher. Curtin was captain as a senior and a three-time WCHA All-Academic selection. She is currently assistant coaching at the University of St. Thomas women’s hockey program and a second year Minnesota Whitecap.
