Frank is an incredibly skillful prop forward. Created the initial break and 20m left hand spin pass on the run, for the Rock’s ‘try of the season ‘04’ against Niagara. Frankie has been hampered by injury, but this surliest of individuals refuses to bow down to pain. A more dedicated approach to conditioning would surely see him in contention for national honors.
