U18 Men

Tier 1:
BC 61 - 21 Ontario

Pool 1A/B:
Quebec 33 - 7 Ontario III
BC II 25 - 12 Newfoundland
Ontario II 19 - 17 Alberta
Ontario 36 - 0 BC II

Pool 2:
Nova Scotia 15 - 0 PEI
New Brunswick 8 - 5 Manitoba
New Brunswick 12 - 5 Nova Scotia
Saskatchewan 34 - 14 PEI

With pool play finished teams in Pool 1A/B have been sorted into their elimination round rankings. BC II is first place with 13 points, Alberta is second with 11 points, Quebec is third with 10 points and Ontario II is fourth with 8 points. Therefore, BC II (1st) will play Ontario II (4th) and Alberta (2nd) will play Quebec (3rd) in the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, Ontario III and Newfoundland will drop down and play in the Pool 2 elimination rounds. Ontario III holds 5th position and Newfoundland is 6th. Therefore they will play the leaders of Pool 2, New Brunswick (7th) and Nova Scotia (8th). Ontario III (5th) will play Nova Scotia (8th) and Newfoundland (6th) will play New Brunswick (7th).

In Tier 1, British Columbia continued their dominance with another emphatic 61-21 victory over Ontario.



U18 Women

BC 24  - 0 Saskatchewan
Quebec 29 - 0 Manitoba
Alberta 17 - 5 Nova Scotia
Alberta 17 - 0 Quebec
Ontario 51 - 0 Manitoba

British Columbia and Ontario remain undefeated and both have 19 points, though BC holds first place because their Points Scored/Against is 7 points better. Alberta and Quebec are similarly tied in 3rd and 4th with 13 points, though Alberta leads because of their 3-2 win loss record versus Quebec's 2-2-1. Nova Scotia sit comfortably in 5th place with 8 points while Saskatchewan, 6th place, and Manitoba, 7th place, fill out the bracket. The U18 Women will not be entering the elimination stages until Sunday once they've completed the round robin. 

U16 Men

New Brunswick 20 - 24 Ontario II
Newfoundland 8 - 19 Quebec
Alberta 8 - 22 BC

Ontario 1 will go into the knockout stages as first seed as their Points Scored/Against was better than British Columbia 1 who also went undefeated. British Columbia 2 and Alberta hold 3rd and 4th position going into the Cup rounds. Ontario (1st) will play Alberta (4th) while BC 1 (2nd) will battle BC 2 (3rd). Interestingly, BC 2 has beaten BC 1 for two consecutive years going into this tournament.

The Bowl competition will see Ontario 2 (5th) play against Atlantic Rock (8th) and Quebec (6th) will duke it out against New Brunswick (7th).

U16 Women

Ontario 19 - 0 BC

The U16 girls division have now all played each other following Ontario and BC's game today. Ontario are 2-0 for first place, BC is 1-1 for second and Alberta is in 3rd with a record of 0-2.
