Timbermen, Thunder trade

Late last Friday night, WLA Commissioner Casey Cook put his stamp of approval on a trade between the Nanaimo Timbermen and Langley Thunder.
The Timbermen sent the playing rights of Tom Newton and the 2015 Third Round pick they aquired from New Westminster to the Thunder. In exchange, the Thunder traded the playing rights of Hugh Weir to Nanaimo.
Congratulations to all involved.
