Burrards and Adanacs deal

The Maple Ridge Burrards extended their off-season action this evening when they inked a deal that sends Jaeden Gastaldo to the Coquitlam Adanacs in exchange for Travis Irving and a fourth round pick in 2015.

Gastaldo was drafted by the Burrards in the second round of the 2013 draft. In his rookie season, the defender played 17 games with Maple Ridge and put up five points.

Coquitlam drafted Irving in the second round of the 2012 draft. He is also a D-guy and in his two seasons with the Adanacs, he has played 25 games and has a total of eight points to his name.

Maple Ridge will also receive the Adanacs' fourth round pick in the 2015 draft.
