• An eight-win regular season earned the Renegades a first round bye. In the semifinals round on Monday, the Renegades’ high-powered offense carried the team to a 6-4 victory over #6 CTP. Both Tyler Mannino and Ryan Breck registered two goals, and Mike Olsen dished out two assists.

• The Avengers also benefitted from a first round bye, after a successful regular season campaign. In their semifinals matchup against #4 Blue Ocean on Sunday, the Avengers rode strong goaltending and stingy defensive play to a 2-1 victory. Peter Kasenchak scored the go-ahead goal for the Avengers with just over a minute to play in regulation time.
