Guidelines/additions to gear below will be updated to ensure covid safety rules at the time of play and communicated by email and on this site to all families involved.

We request that all players wear a mouthguard and carry water only in their bottles on the turf.

We recommend short, plastic cleats that are molded. No long or metal cleats on the turf please.

Running shoes work but can be slippery on the turf. Soccer or football cleats provide the best traction.

Also, please wear shorts or track pants without pockets to facilitate flagging and keep fingers safe.

Game jerseys (yours to keep!) and flag belts will be handed out by coaches. The flags will be collected at the end of the season. Coaches will have a team set of footballs.
