Milton Minor Hockey Registration

We are still accepting registration for the upcoming season, to reserve you spot please complete the attached form and return to us*. We accept Visa / MasterCard or Cheques (Post dated deadline has now passed)

Once we receive your registration we will process payment to hold your spot.

Our Houseleague season starts around September 23, someone should contact you in mid September to notify you of team and start date.

Rep Tryouts have already been held, however some coaches may still have a few spots open, for more info you may contact our hockey office at ice@bellnet.ca

*You have three options to return your forms

1. Mail to the address on the top of the form
2. Drop off to the MMHA office located inside Rink 'B' of the Milton Sports Centre
3. Fax with credit card info to 905.878.5759
